What we collect
Account details you provide (email, username, display name, optional bio, avatar, country), your date of birth (private, used only to apply age-appropriate protections), content you publish, and basic technical data needed to run and secure YOPLI.
What we never show publicly
Your email, phone number, exact location, date of birth, IP address, internal identifiers and security information are never shown on your profile.
How we use data
To provide YOPLI, keep it safe (moderation, anti-spam, abuse prevention), translate text you choose to view in another language, and comply with legal obligations.
Your controls
Private account, who can message/comment/mention you, remix and activity settings, download your data, correct your information and delete your account — all in Settings.
Minors
Accounts under 18 receive stronger privacy defaults. Where parental consent is legally required, it will be requested before the relevant features are available.
Retention
When you delete your account, your profile and content are deleted. Limited safety and fraud records (such as reports and moderation decisions) may be retained without a link to your identity where legally permitted.
